Business Futurist Frank Feather

John Bishop linked to this article in his latest newsletter. I haven't read it yet, but it sounds interesting. The future is always interesting! And to confirm it's not just me interested, I was at a marketing conference Monday and Tuesday of this week talking with others about the big F word - the future - and what it's likely to look at.

One thing's for sure, the rate of change will only get faster.

I sound like a complete tosser saying this, but I have said exactly the same things—and I live them. The “future” is here.

No, you only sound like a partial tosser (just kidding!). The "future" is definitely here, but I've found it just to be in small pockets hither and thither... most other places in the business world there seems to be a big mass of not-well-thought-through olde-worlde thinking.
